QUIDAM includes awarded technology that dramatically accelerates the production of 3D characters.

	A unique geometric engine enables real time combination and blending of different 3D geometries (body parts, clothes, props...).
	QUIDAM Prime generates optimized 3D characters for real time animation. You can edit the elementary structure (Low Poly) of each produced model, you can adjust it so that it resembles its high resolution subdivided counterpart and then export it.
	All character bases include skeleton and skinning information that respects professional standards. Therefore the generated models can be animated without requiring manual set up. In case retouches are necessary, a special module is available to edit skeleton and skinning.
	QUIDAM Prime creates charatcers with UV maps, textures, animation skeleton and skinning. Thanks to its plug-ins, QUIDAM Prime generates models that are ready to be animated in Maya, 3DS Max and many other applications.

Licensing rights of QUIDAM Prime

QUIDAM 3 Prime is the ultimate package for video game developers as it includes QUIDAM 3 Studio features, the export plug-ins for Maya and 3D Studio Max and, above all, licensing rights for the generated 3D models.
Therefore with one license of QUIDAM 3 Prime, you can create 3D characters and then integrate them into one of your video games, as long as the models are encrypted.

QUIDAM 3 Prime is the only package including licensing rights for applications.
With QUIDAM 3 and QUIDAM 3 Studio, you can freely create and sell 2D images and animations, but you are not allowed to use the 3D models into applications (unless you have a specific authorization from N-Sided).

To be considered as an "Independent" developer, you need to have a turnover lower than €115.000 on the last fiscal year (approx. $156.000 USD).
